These sessions are for athletes that are looking to improve their linear speed, quickness, and power. Led by Coaches Vernon Jr & Sr., each session includes dynamic warm ups, speed and power development, cool down & video feedback. Athletes will learn proper form to run their fastest and break records.

Football off-season & combine prep

This is where the boys of fall prepare to dominate their competition. You will develop the tools to become the player you dream of. Learn the ins and outs of what it takes to play and dominate at the next level. These sessions include skill work, speed, agility , strength, and conditioning. Upon request we will train you for the 40, pro agility, vertical, and broad jump testing for combines.
